I was memorizing the Memorare in Latin, but somehow after I was finished, I wanted to check something, and found another Latin version that was slightly different. Can anyone skilled in Latin tell me which version is correct? Or the "official" Latin prayer?
Also, to help me memorize Latin prayers, I've been using a Latin dictionary I bought to translate individual words. However, it doesn't seem to have a lot of the words I see in Catholic Latin prayers. Can anyone recommend a good book to translate "old" Latin, or recommend a good online resource? Thanks!
