I have this Four Way Medal and many questions about it.

1. Can I wear it in the shower, while sleeping, and always?
2. Does it contain the graces of a Miraculous Medal (note the symbol on the back)?
3. Who is on it? I think it is the Lord Jesus Christ, The Blessed Virgin Mary, Saint Joseph, and Saint Christopher. Does it also contain the Scapular Medal?
4. If i have masturbated while wearing it, is that a sin in addition to masturbation, or does it remove the Graces of the Medal?
5.Are there any prayers or graces associated with it?
6. How can I use it to grow closer to Jesus?
7. Do i have to comply with the conditions of wearing a Scapular if it has that component?
8. Should I also wear a Miraculous medal, or will this suffice?
