So lately I have had a big problem remembering things. For example I have put stuff in my locker since I go to the gym and have have forgoten to take my stuff out. I have also forgoten things that I need to take somewhere like an assignment for school. I have always had a problem forgetting stuff.
Is there anything I can do or any techniques that will help me remembering. I used to zen meditate which helped a lot with this but dont really want to do this as it is a non christian meditation. Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
