Catholic / Protestant marriage

Hi,

My name is Chris and I am a protestant christian.
I have recently got engaged to my catholic fiance.
We have our heart set on getting married in Spain and the church we have
selected is a catholic church.

Do any of you kind people know what happens in this instance.
I want to be married and hope I can do so in the catholic church, without
making and declarations to the catholic church or 'changing' my faith.

Does this make sense?
