Too young?

So I just want some opinions. What is too much of an age difference where a relationship is concerned?

I met a girl who is 19 (I'm 23). Her maturity level is good and we get along very well. I'm going to ask her out soon but the age thing is an interesting question for me.

So, I'm asking opinions. :D
