How would you handle this situation

I work for my grandfather's sugar cane farming business. I am the secretary. Awhile back, my grandfather asked me to look over the health insurance policies for the employees to be familiar with them. I read through the policie's, and I realized that birth control is covered. Is this something I should talk with my grandfather about as a Catholic Christian?
