Is heaven outside time?

I heard that heaven is outside time..
But someone posted something by a saint who said that only God can be truly outside time and not humans who are finite, so in the next world there will be time for us (although neverending).

Also, the same guy said that in the next world, there will be a physical world also, because humans being physical need a physical world because they have physical bodies (and that human bodies will remain physical, although they will have a spiritual quality to it, under perfect control of the soul).

So in the next world there will be an earth and there will be time also. Is that correct or not?
