In order to get that thread back on track, I have opened this one where cheese is the topic of the day. Please don't use this thread if you happen to be fasting.
Discussion is open to everything cheesy: favorite varieties/brands, recipes, pictures, the Packers (but only if it's a photo of you wearing a cheesehead).
Let's keep it civil: no Wisconsin v California debates (English is better, anyway :p)
