Princess Stuff

I have a three-and-a-half year old daughter, and another sex-undetermined child on the way.

Anyway, I can't stand all this "Princess" stuff being targeted at little girls. It's everywhere. I believe it is disempowering and is the first step to setting them up for the media onslaught that for girls, "appearance is everything".

Anyone else have an opinion on this?
